PLUMB Bonding Agent Latex helps improve the adhesion and bond between surfaces such as floors, walls, and materials, increasing durability and preventing detachment. Reduces water leakage. Use to bond old concrete with new concrete. Ideal for leveling and reinforcing concrete floors, overlaying new concrete on existing surfaces, plastering, and bonding concrete with other materials such as steel, wood, glass, and plastic. Instructions for bonding old and new concretes

1. Clean the surface of the old concrete .
2. Mix the concrete adhesive solution with water in a ratio of 1:1.
3. Use a brush to apply the adhesive solution to the surface of the old concrete, ensuring full coverage.
4. Pour the new concrete while the adhesive layer is still wet, according to the desired level.

Instructions for leveling work

1. Clean the existing surface thoroughly before leveling.
2. Mix the concrete adhesive solution with water in a ratio of 1:2.
3. Use a brush to apply the adhesive solution evenly on the surface of the concrete.
4. Mix KANGAROO Floor Leveling Mortar or KANGAROO Easy Floor Screed, by apply the leveling mortar while the adhesive layer is still wet, according to the desired level.

Instructions for concrete repair and reinforcement.

1. Clean the surface of the concrete thoroughly.
2. Mix the concrete adhesive solution with water in a ratio of 1:2.
3. Use a brush to apply the adhesive solution to the entire surface.
4. Apply PLUMB Plastering Mortar for Concrete Block to the concrete surface while the adhesive layer is still wet, according to the desired level.

Precautions

– In case of irritation or contact, rinse immediately with clean water.

-Avoid storing in hot and humid areas, should be stored in a dry place at room temperature.

Storage

Keep in dry and shaded area. – 12 months of shelf life.

Suggestions

– Choose a suitable solution for the surface and type of work.

– Avoid using the concrete adhesive solution in areas with high temperatures or direct sunlight.

– The surface to be used should be thoroughly cleaned before applying  the concrete adhesive solution. It should be dry, free from loose surfaces, paint, or dust.

– For plastering work, apply PLUMB Bonding Agent Latex  and allow it to set before proceeding with normal plastering process.

– For existing surfaces that are oily or have a high degree of smoothness, such as existing tiles, metal or marble, apply the concrete adhesive solution and allow it to set for 8-10 hours before proceeding leveling or tile installation.
